High quality mesh belt combined with extreme precise movement control using hi power servo drives ensures stable, fast, reliable and silent operation.
Water cooled hi-power LED units with matching anti-static system is responsible for proper extended printer operation without excessive ink spray or incompletely cured prints.
Same like its flatbed counterpart - H3220ET, Epson T3200 precision core print heads provide excellent nozzle density. This brings improvements of speed, quality, and future compatibility of this printer.
Upgraded hardware specification resulted in number of improvements in stability, expected life cycle, ease of operation and production quality. Optional linear motor, magnetic metal encoder and foldable extension tables elevating this unit to upper level of market segment while still keeping traditional competitive price.
Available configurations range from 3 to 8 Epson T3200 precision core print heads in various configuration. Due to hi nozzle density potential productivity for 8 head modes are over 115 m2/h in pure CMYK production mode or 80 m2/h for CMYK+W configurations. Hi quality modes are effectively 80 m2/h or 65 m2/h respectively.
