GZR5200KM
Gongzheng GZR5200KM is new generation of hybrid printers and it is effective replacement of traditional Roll printers.
There is little this one can not do in roll application and lot that it can do - much better and much faster.
If you need only color printing, or printing with underlaying or overlaying white or even “day and night” modes,
availaible configurations can cover it all. In case you need something specific in mind - please check with us.

High quality mesh belt combined with extreme precise movement control eliminate material distortion caused by traditional tension motion system (rubber roll cylinders).
If you want to print on rigid materials - regardless of size, GZR5200KM can handle it with ease. Up to 50 mm thickness!
Horizontal head carriage motion is controlled by top of the line linear motor assembly combined with most precise and durable linear guides and bearings manufactured in Europe under highest standards. That components guarantee stability, resolution, repeatability and long lifetime.
Printer is available in multiple configurations. From base configuration 16 heads - 4 rows of CMYK build by amazing Konica Minolta reliable KM1024i or KM1024a printheads - up to amazing 28 print head configuration - 6 rows of CMYK and 2x2 rows of white.
On demand other configurations may be available so if you may prefer something else, like light colors or varnish units, please let us know, maybe we can help.
Considering many advantages like 3-roll media handling system, low power requirements and consumption - single phase 220V - 30A less than 6.5 kW, state of the art LED curing system with water cooling from separate unit, 4 independently controlled vacuum zones and simplified maintenance and operation, multiroll/multiboard printing capacity, can leave you in impressed mental state.
