Gongzheng Apsaras G5 Max is high resolution, ultra high speed Dye Sublimation printer designed for fast production
of traditional paper transfer applications.
Apsaras G5 Max use 8 Epson I3200-A1 Precision Core printheads in staggered configuration.
Up to 3.2m width, using transfer papers between 45gsm and 80gsm. Printer is equiped with industrial grade
paper feeder, smooth and precise motion system and industrial size take-up system and robust anti-collision
head carriage system. Efficient IR heater is part of standard equipment.
Apsaras G5 Max is designed and build like heavy-duty industrial printer. Solid anti-vibration construction,
high quality materials and processing tolerances, unique anti-wrinkle print plate design,
excellent stability, print quality and reliable continuous operation.

Apsaras G5 Max use Epson I3200-A1 precision core print heads. High resolution, very small drop size, high precision and excellent reliability.
Nozzle density and staggered print head design make possible for this printer to reach up to 400 m2/h in 360x1200 dpi Draft mode.
Hi Quality Production printing is possible already at 320 m2/h, while for extreme application lowest speed is
High-res mode at stunning 210 m2/h at 720x1200 dpi.
This is impossible to compare with competitors. Like in case of its smaller sibling Apsaras G5,
there is simply no comparison in wide format dye sublimation market segment.
Ink system is optimized for highly pigmented Dye Sublimation ink which is supplied
to 8 Epson I3200-A1 Precision Core print heads. Even on highest consumption there is minimum ink spray and low frequency of auto-cleaning cycles.
Efficient IR drying system is here to make sure that prints are properly dried and prepared for sublimation,
and that power consumption is minimal. Auto capping and wiping system provide easy daily operation and long life cycle of print heads.
