Mesh kit can be deployed in few minutes, motorized airsahaft holders for most difficult materials.
The latest generation of safety systems allows print jobs to continue once safety conditions are restored,
eliminating the need to restart print jobs.
The printer supports up to 20 Konica Minolta KM1024a or KM1024i printheads in up to three rows on the head carriage.
Depending on quality requirements, configurations such as CMYK, CMYKW, CMYKlclmW or even CMYKWfYfM (fluo colors).
GZH32KM natively supports Day-and-Night printing modes as well as white-over and white-under modes.
Konica Minolta KM1024a and KM1024i industrial printhead series are proven choice. Their jetting stability, drop repeatability, ink tolerance and compatibility, consistent drop sizes, and physical durability ensure a long product lifespan. In-house developed optimal ink system, with precise negative pressure control, and optimized waveforms ensures consistent ink supply even for the most demanding tasks.
New print control software is intuitive, user oriented and easy to learn and use. Operator training is matter of hours.
