Eco-Solvent High Speed 1.8m Wide format roll printer ThunderJet 1804S

Gongzheng ThunderJet AQ1804S is high resolution, high speeed Eco-Solvent printer designed for fast production of traditional roll applications.
Up to 1.8m width, all standard materials which are printable by Eco-Solvent inks. Simply, some applications are
not possible, or at least not good enough, to produce using different ink technology. For instance, car wrapping applications,
laminate or varnished applications, synthetic leather, industrial PP processes, … or simply low cost paper,
like citylights or other paper applications.

In contrast with standard wide format printers, AQ1804S is designed and build like industrial super wide printer.
Heavy construction, high quality materials and processing tolerances guarantee stability, print quality and continuos operation.
Radical approach to design without cost compromises. This is why is possible to have such high speeds and still keeping quality.

AQ1804S use Epson I3200-E1 precision core print heads. High resolution, very small drop size, high precision and excellent reliability.
Nozzle density and staggered print head design make possible for this printer to reach up to 95 m2/h in 360x1800 dpi Draft mode.
Production printing is possible already at 79 m2/h, while for most demanding applcation standard speed is High-res mode at 57 m2/h at 720x1200 dpi.
This is impossible to compare with competitors. There is simply no comparison wide forma market segment.

Legendary GongZheng ink system for solvent printer has been further improved for this compact printer. Ink is supplied
to 4 Epson I3200-E1 print heads even on highest consumption, minimum ink spray and low frequency of auto-cleaning cycles.
Inteligent drying system is here to make sure that prints are properly dried and that power consumption is minimal.
