GZH32KM is a heavy-duty production printer designed according to the latest industry standards.
Its features include a rubber roll design, linear motor with metal encoder, a mesh kit, dual-roll capability, double-sided printing,
continuous operation, simplified maintenance, and stable production.
High-quality, high-power servo drives ensure stable, fast, reliable, and quiet operation. The linear motor design,
standard in this printer model, provides exceptional durability and long-term stability.
The mesh kit allows for quick transitions between standard and porous (mesh) materials, enabling production shifts within minutes.
The transport system supports airshafts on both sides or dual roll holders. Water-cooled, high-power LED units with an integrated
anti-static system ensure extended operation without issues such as excessive ink spray or incomplete curing.
The latest generation of safety systems allows print jobs to continue once safety conditions are restored,
eliminating the need to restart print jobs.
The printer supports up to 20 Konica Minolta KM1024a or KM1024i printheads in up to three rows on the head carriage.
Depending on quality requirements, configurations such as CMYK, CMYKW, or CMYKlclmW are supported. Fluorescent color options,
such as CMYKWfYfM, are also available for applications that may benefit from them.
In the right configuration, the printer supports Day-and-Night printing modes as well as white-over and white-under modes.
The Konica Minolta KM1024a and KM1024i industrial printhead series are among the most reliable on the market.
Their jetting stability, drop repeatability, ink tolerance and compatibility, consistent drop sizes, and physical durability
ensure a long product lifespan.
The GongZheng ink system, with precise negative pressure control, ensures consistent ink availability, even for the most
demanding tasks.
Lastly, the simplified maintenance procedures and straightforward production process make this printer easy to integrate
into your workflow with minimal training required.
