GZF32KM Pro auto is heavy-duty production printer designed according to the latest industry standards, including requirements for Industry 4.0 concept.

High-quality, high-power servo drives ensure stable, fast, reliable, and quiet operation. The linear motor design,
standard in this printer model, oversized to provides exceptional durability and long-term stability.
Flexible media transport system is easily accessible even with rigid media kit is installed. It also supports airshafts on both sides and dual roll holders.
Water-cooled, high-power LED units with an integrated anti-static system ensure continuos operation without issues such as incomplete or irregular curing.
The latest generation of safety systems allows print jobs to continue once safety conditions are restored,
eliminating the need to restart print jobs.
The printer supports up to 40 Konica Minolta KM1024a printheads in up to 6 rows on the head carriage.
Depending on quality requirements, configurations such as CMYK, CMYKW, or CMYKlclmW are supported. Fluorescent color options, such as CMYKWfYfM, are also available for applications that may benefit from them.
In-house development of optimized waveforms ensuring that every ink type and ink color performs at its peak.
In the right configuration, the printer supports Day-and-Night printing modes as well as white-over and white-under modes.
Konica Minolta KM1024a industrial printhead is our first choice due to excellent precision, stability, fluid control and proven industrial grade durability. Ink system has been specifically designed in-house to provide maximal stability even for largest print head arrays and most complex jobs.
Lastly, the simplified maintenance procedures without even opening covers, and straightforward and easy-to-learn production process make this printer easy to integrate into your workflow with minimal training required.
We believe in long service life of equipment, which is why we designed this unit to be upgradable and re-configurable, in case business environment parameters change. Our target is to support Industry 4.0 initiative, which is why we already set some infrastructure in this model.
