With its 3.26m by 2,05m printable area, unit fits the most available media. Premium komponents including robust custom developmet ink systems, oversized X and Y linear motors for smooth and fast operations, full suite of safety systemes, easy and accessible maintenance - this printer is production workhorse.
With up to six rows and 7 color prin engine, this model is fastest on the market, even compared to printers made by most popular companies. Only far more economical - measured in both cost of ownership and cost of production.
Print plate is solid - 1-peace assembly (not made from 2 or more peaces). Advanced 6-zone vacuum system is responsible to hold material in place. Manual controls are chosen for reliability and extended service life.
Motion is handled by oversized linearmotor for X axis and optional dual linear motors for Y axis. We strongly recommend Y axis linear motor as this system provide maximum transition speed and precision, reducing actual production gaps to absolute minimum.
Furthermore, this motion system provide enough precision so that printheads can be driven on highest available frequencies without quality sacrifices. Optimized waveforms for avaliable ink options help providing seamless operation even with highest quality requirements.
Available configurations range from 3 rows of CMYK up to 6 rows of CMYKlclmW (40 heads max) or complex custom configuration involving Primers, White, different type Varnish, special jetting fluids…
Speed is up to 450 m2/h for draft application or 180m2/h for quality production. Of course, you are free to select configuration that fits the best in your system. As an extra benefit, experienced operator can adjust print modes to improve quality or speed.
